** Our office is looking for INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX PREPARERS for our office.  You must have at least two years of tax preparation experience.  Provide proof of continuing tax education within the current calendar year. Position includes individual income tax preparation, small business preparation, copying, scanning, organizing, assembly of tax returns, answering phones, assisting with general office cleaning, and contact with the clients.  Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate the tax laws in person to the clients. Previous experience with customer service and/or a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Our office will be hiring part-time income tax preparers from January through April.   This is a position that will have training sessions prior to Tax Season, then employment Part-Time to Full-Time during tax season of mid-January through April. We are looking for someone that is interested in a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.  Employee Hours from mid-January through April are Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:15am to 3:30pm, for office coverage during tax season.  Schedule and office hours are flexible.  Our office has an employee contract to protect the privacy of the client information, company retirement plan, and other benefits for the employees.  Health insurance is not available.  An In-Person Interview is required.  Send resume, proof of education, and references, along with contact info to cindy@taxesmadesimple.com.
